The single-stage configuration performs one membrane separation process, achieving a desalination rate of 95–99%. It includes a raw water storage tank, pre-treatment assembly, and purified water tank, making it cost-effective and easy to maintain.
Designed for higher purity, the permeate from the first stage is pressurized again and directed into second-stage membranes. This significantly lowers residual conductivity, ideal for pharmaceutical and electronics manufacturing.
Boiler feed, cooling systems, and chemical process water to prevent scaling and corrosion.
Consistent flavor profile and contamination risk reduction for breweries and dairy plants.
Low microbial content and controlled conductivity for sterilization and formulations.
Removal of heavy metals and pathogens for centralized or bottled water supply.
