Product Description

Radar Level Transmitter for Agitated Vessels and Reactors

This radar level transmitter is specially designed for agitated vessels and chemical reactors, where strong turbulence, internal structures, and complex reflections are common.

Based on a dedicated algorithm optimized for reactor and mixing conditions, the instrument can effectively distinguish true level signals from false echoes caused by agitators, baffles, coils, and foam. This ensures stable and accurate level measurement even during continuous stirring or reaction processes.

The transmitter adopts a high-resolution front-end sensor, enabling faster signal acquisition and finer echo recognition. Combined with advanced signal processing, it delivers high measurement reliability and repeatability under challenging industrial conditions.

This product is well suited for chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, and fine chemical applications where conventional level measurement instruments often struggle.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this radar level transmitter suitable for agitated vessels or reactors?
Yes. It is specifically designed for these environments, using dedicated algorithms to handle turbulence and complex internal structures while ensuring stable measurement.
How does it handle false echoes from agitators?
The transmitter applies a reactor-optimized signal processing algorithm that identifies and suppresses false echoes from agitators, baffles, and coils, tracking only the true level.
Can it measure level accurately under continuous stirring?
Yes. High-resolution front-end sensors combined with fast signal processing enable reliable tracking even under splashing or turbulent conditions.
What are the advantages of the 80G high-frequency technology?
The 80GHz frequency provides a narrow beam angle (up to 1° or 3°), allowing for finer detection and better performance in narrow tanks or those with internal obstructions.
Is it suitable for foam or vapor conditions?
Yes. The advanced algorithm helps distinguish real echoes from interference caused by foam or vapor, making it ideal for chemical and pharmaceutical applications.
Can it replace traditional contact measurement devices?
Absolutely. As a non-contact solution, it eliminates issues like wear, corrosion, and high maintenance costs associated with contact probes in reactive environments.
