Radar Level Transmitter for Agitated Vessels and Reactors
This radar level transmitter is specially designed for agitated vessels and chemical reactors, where strong turbulence, internal structures, and complex reflections are common.
Based on a dedicated algorithm optimized for reactor and mixing conditions, the instrument can effectively distinguish true level signals from false echoes caused by agitators, baffles, coils, and foam. This ensures stable and accurate level measurement even during continuous stirring or reaction processes.
The transmitter adopts a high-resolution front-end sensor, enabling faster signal acquisition and finer echo recognition. Combined with advanced signal processing, it delivers high measurement reliability and repeatability under challenging industrial conditions.
This product is well suited for chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, and fine chemical applications where conventional level measurement instruments often struggle.
