We usually offer EXW or FOB prices. The standard payment method is TT; LC payment is currently not accepted.
Can you provide customized packaging?
Our standard packaging consists of a yellow carton and a labeled inner bag. Custom logo packaging is available with a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 200 pieces.
Are free samples available for testing?
Yes, we provide up to 2 samples free of charge for testing purposes. However, customers are responsible for the shipping costs.
What is the warranty period for this sensor?
All products carry at least a one-year warranty and are CE certified. We offer replacements for quality issues within one year of shipment (excluding man-made damage).
What is the sensing distance and housing material?
The M5 model features a sensing distance of 0.8mm and is constructed with high-quality stainless steel for durability.
Is the sensor protected against harsh environments?
Yes, the sensor has an IP67 protection rating, making it highly resistant to dust and water ingress, and includes built-in short circuit protection.
