The DCS system is a multi-level automation system built on microprocessors, with its core functions based on the design principle of "decentralized control and centralized management". It realizes multi-variable control of industrial production processes through a distributed microprocessor network. It mainly includes DAS (Data Acquisition System), SCS (Sequence Control System), MCS (Analog Control System), and other functions.
Designed based on international standards, the system adopts full redundancy, multiple isolation, fault tolerance, and reliability design technologies to ensure safe and stable operation in complex industrial environments.
