By burning diesel oil or natural gas, the flue gas containing CO2 (about 200 ºC) is cooled by a reboiler and then enters the washing tower and CO2 absorber. Most of the CO2 is absorbed by a specialized solvent, while unabsorbed gases are discharged through the top tower into the atmosphere. The CO2-rich liquid from the bottom passes through heat exchangers for recovery before entering the regeneration tower.
After desorption, the CO2 gas reaches a purity of 99.0% or more. It is then pressurized by a compressor to approximately 2.5MPa. In the purification stage, the gas is filtered for high-boiling impurities, dehydrated via molecular sieve, and condensed into cryogenic liquid CO2. Through final distillation, food-grade liquid carbon dioxide is obtained and stored in cryogenic tanks for use, meeting international quality standards.
