As a key component in chemical fiber production lines, this device specializes in creating stable interlaced nodes on yarns through precise compressed air jet technology, ensuring reliable filament bundling during subsequent processing.
The device consists of a high-precision nozzle and a three-section guide tube (inlet section, jet section, and outlet section). The guide tube features a tapered inner diameter design—with the inlet section having the largest diameter, followed by the jet section, and the outlet section the smallest—optimizing air flow dynamics. A spray hole is strategically positioned on the jet section, where the nozzle's spray head is installed to direct compressed air onto the moving yarn.
To enhance yarn smoothness and reduce friction damage, the connections between the sections are chamfered. This design protects the yarn surface and improves air flow stability within the tube.
